Quick FX Products: Pimple Eraser and Tinted Moisturizer.

I just can’t stop myself from trying new things. I mean not new in the market but something new for me. Like this Quick FX products. As far as I remember I saw this in a blog or something. Just can’t vividly remember it. I apologize. But anyways, I had my boyfriend try it too. So we went to Watsons and grab this two products from Quick FX. By the way, What is Quick FX? I often mistakenly pronounce it as Quick Fix. I think they just shortened the word FIX in it.

QuickFX is a line of conveniently packaged, fast-acting skin and facial care products made to get you out of those “uh-oh” situations. The brand and its product range were conceptualized here in Manila to meet Filipinos’ specific needs, then, crafted, formulated, and manufactured by notoriously meticulous Korean skincare specialists to deliver maximum results in the minimum amount of time. Here are a few of their products that most of us could use. (http://www.mb.com.ph/an-acne-quick-fix-that-works/)

The Quick FX Pimple Eraser from the name itself claims to help wipe out pimple without any trace. Helps dry up pimples, diminish and reduce dark spots due to scarring. Plus, it helps protect skin against sun. It’s main ingredients are: Glycolic Acid, Salicylic Acid, Zinc Oxide,Vitamin C and Niacinamide. Does those things ring a bell? Salicylic and ZInc Oxide is known good in removing pimples/acne. While the rest like Glycolic, Niacinamide helps in removing dead skin cells and lightening the skin.

My Verdict? This is a good product indeed. It helps dry up pimples. Lightens blemish or marks too. I think this would only work for pimples but not for tiny bumps. I tried applying to to a few tiny bumps I had on my face and it didn’t work. You can only use this product at home as the consistency of this product is in liquid cream type of thing unlike the clear gel-type of pimple remover. I like the packaging due to the fact that it is in sachet form but it has the no spill cap at the end of it.It is very handy. I’m just having a hard time pushing the liquid out and that most of the time it spills more than I want. I’ll give this product 4/5 rating.

Now let’s switch to the Quick FX Tinted Moisturizer.  It’s a liquid foundation, much like a BB cream, that can quickly cover a multitude of skin sins. Not to mention it has added SPF and whitening capabilities(http://www.mb.com.ph/an-acne-quick-fix-that-works/) . Its main ingredients are: Glutathione, Shea Butter and Zinc Oxide. Glutathione is know to lighten or whiten the skin. Shea Butter is for moisturizing the skin. Zinc Oxide, is an anti-acne/pimple agent.

So how was it? Uhmmmm… I disagree that it covers a multitude of skin sins. I have few blemishes on my cheeks due to pimples. It didn’t cover it all.  For the whitening part, I dunno. I have fair skin and doesn’t give a damn on the whitening part. I was more considering it’s claim of covering blemishes but it didn’t. 😦 I’ll give this 3/5.

I would recommend both products for people out there who is on a limited budget like me(both products are at 49 pesos only!)The pimple eraser is quite promising. If you’re someone who struggle from pimples once in a while like me you can give it a try. For the tinted moisturizer, I would recommend it for people who has blemish-free skin or if you want to lighten your skin . The products are only available at Watsons stores nationwide.
